About This Course

Our upcoming EDGE Standards Version 6 continues to support organizations in advancing gender and intersectional equity in the workplace in a way that is legally robust, ethically responsible, and grounded in merit. This eLearning module offers a comprehensive deep dive into the key changes introduced in Version 6.

The first part introduces the overarching updates to the EDGE (gender-binary) Standards.

The second part focuses on the EDGEplus Standard.

The third part explores the updates to the EDGE Data Tables.

The fourth part examines the changes made to both the EDGE and EDGEplus Employee Surveys.

The fifth and final part provides an in-depth review of the Policies and Practices Questionnaire.

From 1 January 2026, organizations will be able to certify against EDGE Standards Version 6. This module will help you understand how the updates strengthen EDGE’s position as the global standard for workplace equity — ensuring that certification remains relevant, credible, and impactful in today’s evolving world of work.
