About This Course

Welcome back to the EDGE eLearning series!

The second module will provide you with an overview of the EDGE Certification Standards and Requirements.

You will learn about the EDGE Certification Process and Procedures, will understand the three required sources of information for the EDGE Assessment and the key indicators used to measure gender and intersectional equity in the workplace.

By the end of this module, you will have an overview of the levels of EDGE Certification, of the third-party verification process, and of the EDGE Scoring Grid.
