Welcome back to the EDGE eLearning Series!

This module will provide an overview of the Client Journey with EDGE Strategy by detailing the step-by-step journey to certification, and the role of the EDGE Customer Experience Team at each of these stages.

You will learn about the pre-assessment preparations, gain a detailed understanding of the assessment process, learn the difference between absolute and relative benchmarking, and understand the process of monitoring post-certification progress.
